The visit encompassed a tour of the company's satellite office, discussions with key figures in the organization, and an exploration of iFiTech, a technology company in the Dau HQ. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings): The visit provided a unique opportunity to witness the inner workings of a prominent IT company. The engagement with Ms. Lear Dacanay, the HR Director, offered insights into the company's culture and values.
